Hello!

I need help identifying (a specific symbol) in the marking of an SMD component. I feel very weak in trying to identify all smd elements, especially those that have quite unusual characters in their names, so I apologize in advance if it causes emotions in the readers.

In terms of dimensions, it looks exactly like sot363. There is something like a colon in the name, which makes searching for the item after marking it in Google beyond my abilities.

I read somewhere that on some SMD components the figure eight marking is abbreviated with something like below:

Could the sign/colon in mark "6:B 217" in the first photo mean anything special?

Regards
B.

Could you let us know the equipment that it's in. It might help to narrow it down. Perhaps a photo of the whole circuit board would help too.
