Hello everyone,
I was updating the firmware of an Apc ups smt750i (LCD model). Suddenly power went out and the PC I was using to update firmware turned off. Now the firmware in UPS is corrupt and it only shows a blank LCD and continous beep. Many other users had same problem while updating firmware.
Now according to professionals and APC forums, The EEPROM in UPS needs to be reprogrammed, but they dont have it's dump available. So I need its dump to reprogram it.
