Is there a particular reason why you put all the cells the same direction and used long wires to connect them?
Alternating the direction let's you use short wires.
sleemanj:
Balance: Black = most negative, Red = most positive, and the whites in the middle are each middle node in the obvious sequence.

Power: The large B- tab goes to most negative, P- is where you draw current from, and C- is the negative connection point for your charger.  If there is no B+/P+/C+ pass through (maybe on the back side) then just connect your load/charger directly to the battery +
