Soldering Iron and Electrostatic Bracelet connection

Hello,

I want to connect to the ground a soldering iron and a electrostatic bracelet.
I know that there have to be a resistor, but I do not know were to solder this resistor. Also, the connection of the soldering iron and electrostatic bracelet will be made inside the soldering station.
Please help me with a schematic for this connection.
