Keysight MSOX1012A Secure Erase

Hi, does anyone know, what exactly "Secure erase" does on Keysight 2000 series oscilloscopes ? I've read the manual, but there is not precisely said (at least not for me) what happens if I perform it.

I mean do I lose already installed licences or it just cleans volatile and non-volatile memory irretrievably ?

Typically with "Secure Erase" all non-volatile memory gets wiped, including licenses, configuration information, etc.   So be sure to back them up before initiating secure erase.
