where is MD1000-390 datasheet or user manual?

hi guys,
i was playing around with this CRT model MD1000-390 and it works nicely, but when i want to display something on i didn't know how...
so i googled it and i didn't see anything useful, it was only weirdo websites that sell these things or just massive tables full of other types of monitors ... 
where is  MD1000-390 datasheet or user manual?
some i found on the CRT info:

Hi

Doing multiple posts of the same question is probably not considered "good form".

That's a really old CRT monitor (as I mentioned in the other thread). I'd start out as I outlined there.
