Title: Sony IC RS-70-TU part replacement? Drop-in component?

Hey, just curious if there is a drop in replacement for this. I'm not entirely sure if this is a bog standard IR sensor or if there is some specific factor I need to take into consideration for it. Any specsheets for it? Anything specific I should keep in mind when looking for a drop-in replacement?

Are these sensors ultimately interchangeable with anything? I need it to be surface mounted and compatible.
