hello,
I was wondering if anyone would know or have the spice model for this particular diode...
I have looked through its data sheet but all that I could find is its SPICE model parameter but not the file itself.
I have also never used CST so i'm not sure if the parameter is sufficient to do the simulation with the diode (i'm working on Rectenna and using this diode as the rectifier circuit)
