What is this component?

Hello everyone,

I found a box of components from where I was a kid. I am with my friend used to collect random electronic components and then trade them. Recently I too that box to see what components I had and found this component which I do not know that it is. Maybe you could tell me? Is it a some quartz or capacitor?

The picture is blurry, but it looks like a ferrite bead.

if solid and 2 pins it could be miylar cap if hollow and i cylinder then ferrite bead

It's a radial style ferrite bead (with no legs).
