Hakko FR-802 Air Control Knob Not Working?

I have a Hakko FR-802. Was working beautiful until today when i noticed the little ball was not moving. I tried turning the air control knob both directions, and the ball still didn't move. I usually keep the air flow around 20-25. The ball just sits in one place slightly bouncing around.

Suggestions?
