Strange Power Supply Behavior
« on: January 20, 2020, 10:31:21 pm »
Hello-
I recently got a new Siglent bench power supply. However, it has started to have a strange behavior of defaulting to constant current mode when I turn it on. I don't think that this is normal. Is this a common issue with an easy fix? I should also note that I have not put it under any stressful conditions since I bought it.
Thank you!

Not sure what version you have but  you could check if it has the latest firmware. https://siglentna.com/service-and-support/firmware-software/dc-power-supplies/#spd3303c-series

I don't think that is the issue. I live in 120V North America, and have set the supply accordingly. Thank you
