Hi all.
I am trying to read up what parameters I need to match but I'm finding myself confused. This is the output MOSFET for a 3D printer hot-end.

Anyone willing to help with some common parts that would work?
Thanks!

Looking at NTE2395

Well here is this transistor on this (https://alltransistors.com/ru/mosfet/transistor.php?transistor=51105#:~:text=SIS406DN%20%2C%20SIS407ADN%20%2C%20SIS407DN%20%2C%20SIS410DN,%2C%20SIS436DN%20%2C%20SIS438DN%20%2C%20SIS439DNT%20.) site.
And here (https://alltransistors.com/ru/mosfet/crsearch.php?struct=MOSFET&polarity=N&pd=30&uds=30&ugs=0&ugsth=3&ugsoff=0&id=42&tj=0&qg=29&fr=0&cd=0&rds=0.011&caps=TO251&cf=on) are 20 to 30 analogs. :-+
They are also on aliexpress, if you don't mind waiting.

Thanks. Yes shortly after I posted I found those resources as well.
The only thing I have access to locally (want to solve the issue today,) is NTE. It's not on the match list in fact it's not even on that site at all but look close enough to me? NTE2395
Anyone else?

Well nothing went bang but the mosfet didn't work/no output.

Ahh so given that my TTL/gate pin is 3.3V makes sense that the NTE2395 didn't work as should be >4V to turn on.

I use the 70T03GH
