| LaserTazerPhaser:
Whats the purpose for a tda2030 leads being very irregularly spread out? Would it be fine to flatten them inline such as a lm1875 and employ them for audio or will it cause noise on the output? |
| oPossum:
They are staggered to allow more room for PCB traces. Flattening them won't be a problem. |
| CJay:
You used to be able to buy the TDA2030 in a variety of lead configurations and I'm pretty sure one of the was with 'flat' leads. Similarly, you can buy the LM1875 with staggered leads. |
