Title: Teac A-1200 Reel to Reel

I have a Teac A-1200 Reel to Reel  Im getting noise from the right side speakers like a off radio station noise The VU meter on the Right side is bouncing up and down like there music playing but its none playing And the Capstan motor runs constant is the Capstan motor for the pinch roller suppose to run all the time and like i mention the VU meter is steady bouncing with no music playing WHY i need help Thanks
