Title: Tekpower TP-3005D-3

Does anyone have or know where to find a manual for this power supply that isn't written in Chinglish?  Really confusing trying to figure out what they are saying when using the supply in series or parallel.  Also, is the Instek GPS 2303 similar enough to the Tekpower that I could use that manual?  The Instek manual seems to be a little easier to understand.

Thanks, but that is the manual for the single supply not the double.  Doesn't address the series and parallel operation of the double supply.
