hi all,can anyone explain these readings i get on my component tester, its testing an old pnp germainium,im wondering about leakage,i assume the uf is the junction diode drop, and the B is hfe,not sure of the others tho.

It is a PNP transistor. Emitter, Base and Collector pins are 1, 2 and 3.
Transistors Beta (Hfe) = 93, forward voltage 203 mV.
ICEO (not 0) is usually a collector-emitter leakage current with the base open.

would you say that is bad then as it leaks, what sort of leakage current is normal for a working transistor then?

10 uA is perfectly fine. I doubt that thing can meaningfully measure currents that low, so I would discard that measurement. Just treat it as "OK".
