I would like to know, why do we use:
http://www.ti.com/tool/BOOSTXL-DRV8305EVM
What is the functionality, purpose? (Because I don't understand that what is written in the datasheet).
Thanks.

What about it?
The link is to an evaluation module; we use these to, well, evaluate the ICs in a manufacturer-recommended circuit.
If you meant something else, could you be specific?

No, I meant the three-phase driver. So this is some sort of frequency converter for driving induction motors?

If you read the datasheet for the DRV8305 IC it says:
Applications
• Three-Phase BLDC and PMSM Motors
• CPAP and Pumps
• Robotics and RC Toys
• Power Tools
• Industrial Automation
So basically a brush-less DC motor gate driver
