Help identiying SMD part - JWBU 132Q
« on: August 26, 2017, 06:28:03 pm »
I need some help identifying an SMD transistor part. It is marked:

JWBU
132Q

The package is a 3 legged maybe 3-4mm length 'transistor' like package although it may, of course, be something else. Its in the circuit of a DC to DC converter designed to light a small 3W LED array. I haven't been able to find it in any online references so far, although I can't imagine it being anything particularly unusual.

There is a BU132, although those come in a TO-3 package and I can't imaging this beeing beefy enough to compare. I also came across a U132 'unijunction programmable transistor', although not with the JWB prefix.
