Title: Thermoelectric Peltier heating/cooling and generation
Post by: THATguy on October 17, 2016, 09:26:11 am
Hi, let me know if you think these are correct, need some improvement, or if I'm misunderstanding peltiers completely.
(I know that some of what I discuss is the Seeback effect).

Please assume that both insulated areas (if there are two) are connected and at same internal temperature.
Also that only the silver parts are exposed, the TEC are well sealed in the walls.
My TEC are being exposed to the outside Air.

Some voltage generation.
I may need to interrupt the circuit, to prevent the temperature inside from lowering too much?

Second picture.
Using some voltage to heat inside house.

Third picture.
Can I generate voltage? Or will I need to apply voltage to get the temperature change?

Voltage generation?
