Title: Triggering basics
Post by: Moeren on January 26, 2015, 12:27:16 pm
Hi,

I recently bought my first scope ( Rigol DS1054Z due to eevblog review ) and while I know most of the basics, I never had a DSO and am not familiar with the more advanced triggering types.
I was wondering if it is possible to trigger based on the length of a pulse, and how such triggering would be found on the 1054. I found the pulse mode, but the icons don't really tell me much.

I have some ws2812b and since the signal always starts with the >50us reset pulse, I thought there must be a way to trigger of of that, does somebody know how I can do that?

Thanks for your time,
Moeren
