I was curious, if Dave has made any general troubleshooting videos. I watch his repair ones, but I was wondering if there was a "Troubleshooting tips" video. Thanks!

I'm sure there are quite a few with troubleshooting various things.
But just a general "how to", no.

While not up to the caliber of Dave's videos, here is a troubleshooting video that I did a few months ago - tracking down a noise problem with one of my function generators:
