Hi,
I'm trying to identify two smd components one SOD-323 diode (DE 9) and a SOT-23 transistor (1BW 19), photos attached.
My guess is the diode might be a zener.
Thank you in advance!

1WB = SOT-323 BC846BW NXP NPN transistor

BE 5 = TVS diode ?

Yes I think that's correct!
In SOD123 package with top marking DE:MMSZ4697T1G
I think the package is SOD-323 (not SOD-123) and so it could be a BZX384-C16:

Sorry, I think you are wrong. Find a ruler and measure the size of it and you'll believe me. :)
