Hi I am trying to add a voltage regulator like the LM317 to a circuit in the http://www.falstad.com/circuit simulatore.
How do I do that?
Even if I appear online is it not necessary so, my computer is on 24/7 even if I am not on.

Never used that simulator but looking at its web page I think you are going to have to build a regulator as it shows here: http://www.falstad.com/circuit/e-opamp-regulator.html

Thank you!

So there may be no other way?

The Falstad simulator is primarily for educational use, using simple circuits with discrete components.  There is no support for using third party Spice models and a very limited library of ICs.  If you want to simulate a circuit with an LM317 you'll need to use a proper simulator such as PSpice or LTSpice.

Just one question: why?

If you want a regulated voltage, just use a voltage source.

If you want to look at how the LM317 works, then how about simulating the simplified schematic of it?

I also faced the same problem. I make a simulation of LM317 with Voltage-Controlled Source with formula 1.25*a/(a-b).
A is connected to the input source (pinIN of LM317). B is the midpoint of divider R1/R2 (pinADJ of LM317). V+ is out.
Here is the circuit:
