Altium help for newbie. Help needed to find 5V DC barrel Jack component

Hello guys.!!

I started using Altium designer 14. How to find the libraries of the components other than the comapnies that altium provides. For example, I am looking for a 5V Barrel DC jack. But I could not find it. Is there a special way to do the search on altium that I did not come across.??
