SMD Marking help
« on: November 30, 2023, 12:32:20 pm »
Hello together,

I have a SMD component which I try to identify. I checked several  websites with smd lookup tables but nothing seems to fit.
On the SMD component is written "CVV". The component is a SOT-363 (or SOT-23-6) component. Pin 2 and 5 are shorted together, Pin 3 is +5V and Pin 6 is -5V.
Pin 2 and 5 are connected via voltage divider to an opamp output.
My guess is that the component is used for output saturation protection or impedance control (maybe both). Application of the whole circuit is audio amplifier.
Maybe the wanted component is another opamp or transistor array. Maybe from Fairchild/On Semiconductor.

Maybe someone has an idea.
Thank you very much!

An end point, dual diodes, how are pins 1 and 4?

It can be a custom component too.

Yeah maybe it is a custom component...

here is a more detailed schematic. Maybe they use the component to get a constant input impedance and this is sort of double transistor for "bootstrapping" or maybe another opamp or whatever.
I have never seen something like this before

Are those lower diode things correct?

So estimating that there is more to be damped.
Or since it was damped there it must also be damped here.
