TV faulty power board

hello
i have panasonic plasma Tx-p42gt60e (p-plasma 42-screen in inch , gt-higher class 60-year of made E-sell for europe) with faulty power board (90% sure). tv wont turn on and there is no stand by red light. there is no 5V on stand by. when i checked conector from power board to main board there in no Voltage at any pin. Visual check - OK , Fuses - OK ,condensators are visualy OK. Do you guys have any idea that might help or what to check ? i have servise manual for almost the same TV but country for use  doesnt match ( mine is E- europe and manual is B / Y not quite sure what is different)
