Unknown mistery SMD component marked VAH5; What is it ?
« on: February 29, 2024, 01:15:07 pm »
I searched various sites from NXP and Seiko and general ones but have no clue what it is.
" alt="" class="bbc_img" />
Known : SOT-23 case, measured high Ohmic values between the terminals.
I expect it is not a simple diode or transistor, or some defective since I received it unused.

Where to search next ?

I tried to insert an image, but I don't see the attached uploaded image when I post the message.
