Any chance of knowing what the values for C1, C15, etc are? C16 has units, the rest however, do not. Is that normal?

They are specified in a way they are labeled on the capacitors.

104 == 0.1 uF, 475 = 4.7 uF.

Thank you. Didn't even think of that. Seems a bit odd in a schematic to mix and match these things?

It is strange, but it looks like a random Chinese schematic, so be thankful you have at least that.
