I've just finished watching a series of Dave's videos on uCurrent and I rather liked the "basic" version of the supply without uC. I decided to draw a schematic based on the video and design a PCB. Since these are my first steps with eagle / layout, please have a look at my PCB. I've done one ground pour on the bottom layer, is it a good idea or other grounding scheme would be preferred? A couple of questions about the PSU: * What should I do with LT1009 if I want to skip the trimmer? Should I just leave the ADJ pin unconnected? * I've checked most of the component ratings and I haven't found any reason this circuit wouldn't work up to 15V which would be useful for my audio projects. Am I missing something? |

OK, rev2: * fixed a feedback loop of voltage set opamp (was missing 2 resistors) * added optional resistor between voltage set pot and ground to be able to set minimum output voltage * changed connectors for outboard pots / led As always - any comments are more than welcome. |

I've ordered boards at jlcpcb but I've submitted old gerbers with the bug |O |O I'll post some pictures when they arrive. |

Too bad man, hope you can bodge that bug out... Did you received the boards? JS |

not sure a double side pcb was needed ? also it would like a ground plane too ? |
