UT210E still the one to buy?

Is the UT210E still the best value for the money clamp meter if one is willing to reprogram the eeprom?

I don't think there's actually any need to reprogram the eeprom as a 'condition' of purchase. Sure you can get increase the range counts, tweak the backlight etc. which is a nice to have, but it doesn't affect the fundamental sensitivity. I haven't bothered with mine yet and I'm quite happy with it as it stands.
