Hello, I received my UT210E, I wanted to do a test with the phone charging but it shows this, do you think it has a problem or did I do something wrong?
Thank you

It can't measure the current around both wires. You need to split the wire and measure the current only one way.
Right now return current cancels out the consumed current.
And accuracy on low DC currents may me iffy, despite what the documentation says.

Does not matter. You should get the same absolute value. The sign may be different, but it is also up to the orientation of the clamp.
