Title: Weller soldering gun Hi/Low switch
Post by: robsims on October 16, 2022, 08:21:04 pm
Hi, i have a question about Weller soldering guns. Can someone please tell me why Weller puts the higher temp setting on the first click of the switch and the lower temp on the second click of the switch? If it makes no sense i want to rewire the switch and make the lower temp setting come first. Many thanks

Wound like a great plan to me! Not the first time I've experienced the same. a setup that seems strange or backwards. I guess some designers just think differently.
