If you mean user to the forum I'm not sure and they are not published. What are you having problems with ?

I had tried to post a topic over in the projects, designs, and technical stuff forum, and as I recall (its kinda fuzzy...) It said I wasn't allowed to post there. I'll try again.  :)

Edit: Its working now, I must have just derped something up. :P

As far as I'm aware, there should be no restrictions on you creating a new thread.
