The 200 ua is obvious, but I don't get what the other symbols mean. Anyone?

Thanks

Have you tried googling the maker and model number to check for info?

Unfortunately, there is no manufacturer info on the meter.

First one means "moving coil".
1.5 is probably 1.5% accuracy, although I'm not sure.
The last one is orientation of calibration (and expected use orientation). That specific means that it was calibrate in horizontal orientation.

Those symbols are universal, but I'm failing to find a complete table. There is one that google images comes up with, but it is in German.

EDIT: It looks like they are universal to a German DIN standard, which explains information in German. Although Soviet meters had similar markings.

Thats correct.
All that signs are defined by the German standard DIN 43780 (Electrical measuring instruments; direct acting indicating electrical measuring instruments and their accessories). Its withdrawn and replaced by EN 60051-1
Refer also to: https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/exploring-the-symbols-on-a-analog-multimeter-quiz/
Signs from the left to the right:
- moving coil with permanent magnet
- accuracy class in percent (thus 1.5% accuracy)
- horizontal scale
