AJK0(or O) SOT23-6. Anyone know what it is? It may be a MCP4725A0T-E/CH I need to confirm it but I am struggling. |
| amyk:
Post a picture of it. For reference, attached is a picture from someone selling MCP4725A0T. |

Thank you for your response amyk. Your wish is my command. Well the codes don't match to what I thought it was. It is not a million miles away though. I believe the last few letters after the forward slash are for package type and in this chip /CH denotes SOT-23. |

FWIW, another 2 suppliers on AliExpress have these pictures with the MCP4725A0T-E/CH and they are different numbers again... AJEQ AJ4A And one I ordered from Farnell is labeled AJ42 They ALL have the AJ prefix though. |

So far I have used; Google: All Transistors: https://alltransistors.com/search.php?search=ANK0 Markings SMD: http://www.s-manuals.com/smd The SMD Code Book: https://www.sphere.bc.ca/download/smd-codebook.pdf SMD Codes Databook: caxapa.ru/thumbs/588912/smd-codes.pdf Surface Mount package markings search: https://www.random-science-tools.com/electronics/SMD_markings.php?formtype=SMD_markings_search&search_string=AJK0 The SMD Codebook (R P Blackwell): www.marsport.org.uk/smd/mainframe.htm Stack Exchange Search I emailed all my suppliers from my original orders but a lot of them are just not responding or unhelpful as they are generic sellers that do not specialise but 'box shift' their items. |
