What is the component with ref des DZ1?

Can anyone help me identify what the component is with ref des DZ1? I'm not an expert or anything like but more so a basic hobbyist when it comes to electronics, and I've never seen a component like this or even the ref des DZ. I searched a bit online but I didn't find anything. Maybe not searching with the right way?

The board in the picture is the rear side of one of those flexible led strip
