I have seen this kind of holes on the PCB of some modules (below shows some examples). Does anyone know the purpose of having these holes on the PCB?

Probably mounting holes? I don’t know what else they would be.
I’m also a beginner, take my opinion with a grain of salt.

The latter one specifically, not having room for screw heads, you are likely supposed to run a cable tie through the holes.

Some newbie PCB Designers like to forget these Holes and then you have big trouble in putting it in a case
Maybe also interesting for Beginners are the small golden dots top left and bottom right of the Mounting holes on the adafruit board. Those are fiducials and used by machines to know the Orientation of the Board for automated assembly etc.

These are just mounting holes, As pointed out by other, Because of low clearance either nylon screws or cable ties can be used.

Maybe these are holes for better gluing with glue from a hot melt gun.

If they have traces going to them, they could be test points used by gen rad or other auto test equipment.
