What is this component?

I wass working on arduino and found this in a scematic. do any of you know what this is? I searched for it but I got no results.

I'm guessing that it's an incorrectly drawn FET.
Should you find yourself in a chronically leaking boat, energy devoted to changing vessels is likely to be more productive than energy devoted to patching leaks.

This is P - MOS (FET). These simplified schematic symbols are usually used in microelectronics designs.

There is nothing wrong with it:

And why there is no marking for a source or drain ? Well, in theory FET structure is symmetric and will work both ways if you take care of substrate (body) bias.

Why some would connect a DS18B20 with GND and VDD to ground? What I am missing?  :-//

VDD:          Optional VDD. VDD must be grounded for operation in parasite power mode.
