What is this IC / component?
« on: November 16, 2024, 10:53:32 pm »
May I ask if anyone can take a look at the image and help me understand what this component does?

I have circled 4 of them, there, labeled "103" on the IC, with mask label prefix "RB...". There are 9 contacts, which are 8 pins + a large contact that has continuity with +5V (VCC). Each of the 8 pins are connected to different TTL digital bus data wire.

Maybe they are pull-up resistors. Or something to do with static / safety protection, using 8 capacitors, for example.

Thank you!

Resistor network. Yes, pull up resistors, only inside one package, instead of individual resistors.
