It looks like something JST would make.

Maybe JST XH  : http://www.jst-mfg.com/product/detail_e.php?series=277 (http://www.jst-mfg.com/product/detail_e.php?series=277)

There's loads of them ... you could go at distributors like Digikey and Farnell and filter by pitch and cable diameters and number of wires in connector and rows and so on and look at pictures to see what resembles your connector.

Got it: http://www.batteryspace.com/connectoradaptor4pinfemalejstxhconnector.aspx (http://www.batteryspace.com/connectoradaptor4pinfemalejstxhconnector.aspx) - that's a JST XH, and it looks exactly like the the one in the picture.

That wiring color scheme is familiar. Whenever I've encountered those four together, there has usually been a stepper motor on the end.
