Anyone?  Would it charge twice as fast?

NO. At best, it might charge slightly faster, but more likely at the "normal" speed.
At worst, overcharging the batteries can cause " overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature, short circuit, crush and nail penetration may all result in a catastrophic failure, including the pouch rupturing, the electrolyte leaking, and fire."  --  FAA Battery Incident Chart, includes incidents of Lithium-Polymer-Air ignition after puncturing. Ex: Entry for 11-Dec-2007

Yes.  The initial constant-current phase will go twice as fast.  The CV phase will take as long; during that time, one charger may register as "done" while the other continues.

It's not recommended, for the reasons listed above.
