can t68-2 torroid cores be used to wind the coils on for an hf diy stockton bridge?,ie 3-30 Mhz

It should. Keep in mind that as a powdered iron toroid, it takes more turns per micro(milli)henry than the more typical 43 ferrite. For example, the K3NG tuner uses 40 turns on a T50-2 in its bridge.
