Where to buy parts in Germany?
« on: December 02, 2019, 07:18:01 am »
Hallo,

I am looking for a few parts specifically:
TRRS breakout, short USB C to USB A cable, pair of good18500 cells;

Where is the best place to get those all at once with reasonable shipping price/time in Germany?

Thanks

www.segor.de
https://www.pollin.de/
www.conrad.de

Mouser and Digikey are in the US, but transport is free @ > €50 and they are fast.

regards, Gerhard

thanks for the tips, I found a suitable USB C cable locally already. Had a small dear h through all mentions but no hit yet.

I have been to the Conrad store in Düsseldorf a few times but haven't found any of the items I am specifically looking for. There weren't any TRRS breakout boards near the Arduino or Raspberry's and also nothing with their small selection of RC parts. All battery cells they had were 18650 not a single 18500.
If I come by the store again, I will ask for it.

Else I am just going to find some eBay listing that ships from Germany.

managed to get the TRRS breakout on eBay.de with free shipping and for no cost due to an eBay 5€ gift code.

Will source the cells when I see them.

Thanks for helping here, not a part of the forum I have been to before

TME, reasonable shipping price and good inventory, though not as deep as Digikey or Mouser. Fast delivery, too.
Everybody likes gadgets. Until they try to make them.
