Which lead to install switch in a low voltage DC power cable with SPST switch

Hi there. I'm making a power cable to connect my bench supply to my test equipment and I'm installing a simple SPST switch. Should I put the switch in the positive lead or the negative one?

I found over here that it's best to put the switch in the positive wire.
