which parts for wiring a 4pin connector

Perhaps Digikey carries the appropriate parts for this specific connector I haven't done much connectors not sure which is correct method to get this working.

The mating connector and associated contact pins/sockets are shown at the bottom of the Digikey page you linked to.
You will also need a crimping tool.

Here is a selection chart for the different TE Mate-N-Lok contacts and housings.

Probably plated before stamping.
