from Ti datasheet SN74LVC07A, where to find table reference with this expanded logic symbols? Thx.

Open collector (or Drain) symbol. It's used, just search for "open collector" and look at Google images ...

I've definitely seen it used for open collector / open drain outputs, but I don't know of a comprehensive or authoritative reference that would cover this.

Yes "the new logic symbols" introduced a mere 38 years ago. The symbols we all politely ignore. I have correctly identified this symbol as a pantograph gate. Used in Y-Fronts I believe.
