Will it Follow me

IDEAMAN:
I have a 12 volt tool cart that will run but i was looking to make it electronicaly follow me go around corners and stop 10' behind me. There has to be a way to have a sensor on my belt it would follow and control its moving direction any help would be great

Seriously though to you know the carts route, you will have to make sure you plan the carts movements with the available moving space, is there a predetermined "track" ? or will this be used anywhere ?
