xl4015 question

Hello, the datsheet for xl4015 shows that it's input is up to "Wide 8V to 36V Input Voltage Range"
http://www.xlsemi.com/datasheet/xl4015%20datasheet.pdf
I would like to use 27V PSU for this.
Currently it is used with 18V PSU, my questions is simple - will it heat more due to higher voltage input of 27V?

Nope - just look at the Figure 6 in your datasheet - the more voltage you apply, the better efficiency
you get, which means not much more heat generated

Thank for reply.
Do you know answer to this question regarding XL4015 and XL4016?
