The HZS8.2NB2 data sheet shows three bins sorting what would normally be an 8.2 V, +/- 5% production range of normal Zeners.
The part in DigiKey is a similar 8.2 V +/- 5% 400 mW Zener, not further sorted. It should be compatible.
If you think the tighter voltage spec of the original part is important, you can make a simple test circuit out of a 12 V supply and a 800 ohm resistor to get 5 mA at 8 V and measure the voltage of, say, 10 units on a DMM.
(The usual value is 820 ohms--close enough for this purpose.) DMMs are not sufficient to measure the Zener voltage, since their current sources are not compliant up to 8 V.
Both datasheets show voltage specs at 5 mA current.
