Will there ever be a review of the U1733C?
I feel that an LCR-meter could come in handy, and an Agilent should be excellent, but I want to see Dave give it a thumbs up first!

Is the USB-adapter identical across all Agilent handheld devices?

No, multimeters have their own adapter.
